Dr. Oreste started her dental career as a dental assistant. From there, she went on and became a Dental Hygienist. She went back to school and graduated from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine in 1996. She continued her residency there in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. Dr Oreste went on to teach at Stony Brook University school of dental medicine from 2000 through 2020 as an Assistant Clinical Professor. Dr. Oreste purchased her practice in 2000, changed the name to Sunset Dental Care, and has been caring for the people of Patchogue and surrounding towns for 23 years.

Dr. Stefanny Vieira is a 2021 graduate from Stony Brook University's School of Dental Medicine from which she graduated with the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Dental Student Award, the Leon Eisenbud Oral Pathology Award and the Society for Esthetic Dentistry Award. Upon graduation, she was also inducted to the Sigma Tau Chapter of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society which is reserved for the top five students in each graduating class.
