Dr. Stefanny Vieira is a 2021 graduate from Stony Brook University's School of Dental Medicine from which she graduated with the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Dental Student Award, the Leon Eisenbud Oral Pathology Award and the Society for Esthetic Dentistry Award. Upon graduation, she was also inducted to the Sigma Tau Chapter of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society which is reserved for the top five students in each graduating class.
She completed her general practice residency at Queens Hospital Center where she was trained and has become proficient in all aspects of general dentistry. At the end of her residency, Dr. Stefanny was awarded the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Department of Dental Medicine Resident of the Year.
Dr. Stefanny is a certified provider for iTero and CEREC CAD/CAM technology systems and Invisalign. She loves taking continuing education courses to provide her patients with the best possible care. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the Suffolk County Dental Society.
In her free time, Dr. Stefanny enjoys staying active, cooking and being with her friends and family. She is fluent in Portugese (Brazilian) and Spanish.
